Domestic orders are shipped FedEx, UPS or USPS from our manufacturing facility in Osceola, Wisconsin. Orders are usually fulfilled within 1 to 2 business days and deliveries to central states arrive within 2 to 3 days; deliveries to either coast arrive in approximately 4 to 5 days.
We offer free ground shipping to the lower 48 US states on wholesale purchases $350 and over. Orders qualifying for free shipping will be shipped using the carrier of our choice. You will receive an email when your order has shipped which will show the carrier and tracking number.
*We are not able to offer free ground shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other outlying destinations, since all orders must go by air.
*Orders with promotional shipping will be shipped ground using FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL or SpeeDee.

International Shipping
We ship internationally to many countries. All international orders will ship through one of the following, USPS (US Mail), UPS or FedEx, at our discretion. Delivery times will range from 3-10 days. International shipments do not qualify for free shipping under any circumstances, this includes Canada.
Please Note: The customer is responsible for all import taxes, duty, currency conversions, and/or brokerage fees that may be assessed by the destination country.
All Pricing In US Dollars
Every price on our website is USD and we only capture funds in USD during checkout. If you are purchasing from a foreign country, your financial institution may charge you a fee for currency conversion. Also, please note that if you are in Canada, your financial institution may show a purchase from our website in CAD, which is different from the selling price in USD, usually higher.
