How do I know which size case to order? I bought my pillow 3 years ago. The only number on the tag is reg no. 20R4690. It's about 23 in wide.

I'm wanting to order a new premium pillow cover for my neck pillow. I'm not sure if I have the average or petite pillow. Can you tell me what the demensions are for the petite size sleeping pillow? I got it from my chiropractor and I think it's the petite. Thanks.

There is a pillow mold number on the back of the pillow, remove the pillow case and if the letter is M it's a petite if the mold letter is R then it's an Average size. Is this pillow case dust mite and allergen proof?

I am the recipient of a therapeutica Pillow that was purchased by VA There is a 5 yr warranty, VA told me to be aware of this when it was delivered recently, Do I need to fill out a form and send /online it in? if so explain how to do this if there is a future problem? if not, do I just notify VA and they handle it? do I keep the receipt that came with pillow in box?
